Fender Precision Special Maple neck
 

2008 P bass special neck, so it has a jazz width nut 1.5'' , its in pretty good shape some light dings but nothing drastic, comes loaded with tuners and string tree. I dont have the body I bought this for a project and dont need it anymore. This is maple neck and fretboard with black dots.

Does this have truss rod access at the nut or the heel?
