Sorry for getting side tracked... how would you compare the stock pups to SCN pups?

I have MIM jazz 5 too. I just put in SD quarter pounders single-coils in. SD quarter pounders have more even sound with tighter bottom, but somehow I kinda miss the Fenderish sound that I got from stock pups. I got SCN that I can try, but I want to know your input on it since you already have it. Thanks.

honestly I didn't really play it much before the swap. I traded an Ibanez SR-506 for it. The Jazz was pretty much unplayable when I got it, the pots were scratchy and the jack was bad. So I replaced everything and did a fresh setup on it.

The SCN's sound great, mine is wired passive VVT and I have been happy with the tone, just sounds like a jazz!
