Fender Suhr noiseless Jazz Pickups

Just tried these out. they are in great shape for their age! Plenty of lead. Designed by John Suhr for Fender and used in their deluxe basses. They are humbucking and the polepieces are adjustable via the tabs on the bottom. $40 shipped in USA!! Paypal=ok

Could you clue me in as to how the pole pieces are adjustable? I have these pickups too and would like to change the pole height. thanks.
