Took these off of my Fender Marcus Miller IV. 4 tuners and ferrels. All screws included as well (16). $50.00 Shipped CONUS.
Edit: I should add that these are for a 9/16" peg hole. Fender makes peg holes in 9/16" and 11/16". You should check to see what you have before buying these.
