I've got a set of Fender Vintage Tuners that can be yours; they were originally on a fretless MIM Jazz neck from a while back. Included with the tuners themselves are the four bushings and the screws to mount them taken from said MIM neck (both of which are inexplicably not included when you buy these tuners new).
There's some minor cosmetic damage (some scratches on the tuning paddles, some dings in the bushings), but they are rust- and oxidation-free and work perfectly--great for putting together a parts bass, etc. Bear in mind that they are reverse tuners.
