OK, here's the deal. This is (I believe) an original Badass bridge. It came on an Ibanez EX I bought from Guitar Center that was shipped to me from Florida and I suspect that that is why it's in the shape it's in. Either that or it has some serious punk rawk mojo. In any case the chrome or nickel plate or whatever is flaking off from rust and all the unplated parts (Saddle screws etc.) are rusty as well. They do, however, move. I can't honestly say whether the saddles were professionally slotted or not but I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't.
It isn't my cup of tea, so I'm offering it for the princely sum of $0.00. That's right for the actual cost of shipping you can own this fabulous widget. Not being a fan of these I don't even know if it's worth that given the shape it's in, but if you can use it and want it, it's yours. The one caveat is that if you find a way to clean it up, please do let me know how you did it as I may one day find some fabulous treasure I want to clean up and would like to know how you did it.
I played with it on the bass for a few days until my fiance graciously got me a new bridge, tuners and knobs for the bass it came off of so that I could actually play some metal. We all know that metal can only be played on pointy basses with black hardware right? Anyway, it does "Work", it screws to a bass and holds strings on, I dunno what else it's supposed to do.
So, if you want this magical, mystical mystery bridge, PM me where you want it shipped to and I'll box it up and ship it off. I accept PayPal, Spock's beard, Salvador Dali's mustache or The Sword of Damocles as payment for shipping which will be via USPS. If you can post up a convincing reason why I should do so, I will also include the tuners and knobs that came off as well.
