Not sure of the make - it's very similar to the Modern Case type bags - 1/4" ply shell covered in black material, zippered front and rear flaps with accessory pocket on top. Handles too.
Depth from rails to the back is 10-1/2 - 11"
It's in decent shape - only flaw is that the wood shell has a black plastic around the entire thing and it is a little bit split in the internal corners - doesn't affect operation in any way, and you can't really see it when stuff is loaded.
