Just pulled this out of a project bass and it works great. I love these preamps, they are so versatile! They are clean and transparent and it's no wonder everyone likes them.
This particular unit is set up as Bass - Mid - Treble - Mid frequency sweep. It has the jack, 18v wiring clip (easily could be 9v) and I will include the nuts and washers, despite not being pictured. I also have a 2 way switch that isn't installed (brand new) if you need it for bypass or want to swap out the mid freq.
Does not include volume or pan pots because that depends on what bass you're putting them into. If you need something, I can check if I have it, but it will cost you extra. No knobs either.
