This came on my Fender Precision but was quickly changed out to a different one (put a tortie on).... saw 1 day of playing prior to being removed.
It is gloss black/white/black 3-ply, 13 holes with truss rod notch.
Some minimal ghost scratches from wiping off dust, etc. (no picks, only finger-playing)
The lower pot knob was set just a hair too close, so it scratched in a very lightly circular pattern the first time I turned it.... I quickly adjusted the knob to correct, so no further damage.
