FS: ART Headtap headphone monitor

Hey guys, got this item up for sale. I bought it for our band so we could run a metronome and monitor mix into ears for our drummer. Metronome goes into the mixer, aux send 2 (her monitor mix) goes in to this box, headphones out right to her. It works well, but I ended up buying the mini mixer version of this, that way she can blend the click and aux send at her own will. This unit is passive, whatever volume in is volume out. In the box is the unit, a piece of foam, and rubber adhesive feet not yet attached

I assume this unit requires power- 9V, wall-wart or both(or am I trippin )?

I knew I forgot something. Its a passive box. it has plenty of volume as long as you send it plenty of volume. not much loss from the box itself at all. great little sucker.
