Audere Classic 4 band EQ, set up as:
Vol/Pan (with no center detent) - Treb/Bass - Mid/Mid
Includes the pre, hardware, output jack, battery clip, stacked chrome knobs, and even a battery. Just how I got it!
I bought this before I realized that it wasn't as adaptable as I'd hoped. The buffered input kind of made the whole "bypass/tone control" thing I was hoping for a no-go.
If you are looking for a great 3-hole, 2 pickup preamp, this is it. Clear and uncolored is the way it sounds, lets the true sound of your bass through.
I installed it, made sure it functioned, and removed it.
The new owner will have to make a small amount of solders to make it function:
Pickups to preamp, ground wire for jack and pickups, battery clip. That's it. I can even include a second battery clip if you want to run 18v.
It works fine, all leads are plenty long. It is small and would fit in just about any small space with ease.
