Editing this thread a little today. Some things have sold. Remaining are the Auto-Wah, Cables, and Pedal Board.
Pretty much all gone. Tying up the loose ends and shipping things out.
Pedals:
Boss AW-3 Dynamic Wah. Lightly used, Like new. $50 Shipped OBO **HOLDPAYMENTPENDING**
Cables:
Monster Cable "Rock" 21ft 1/4 angle to 1/4". Like new condition! TO EBAY
Monster Cable "Bass" 12ft 1/4 - 1/4". Old cable, still going strong! TO EBAY
Pedal Board:
Warwick Rockcase Pedal Board bent slightly, but 100% functional !!SOLD!!
Edit: Lots of questions on the bent part. IMHO, this will NEVER affect the functionality of the case. This was the way I opened it from the box, from the factory. The corners on the bottom are not sitting flush with the cover, but it latches 100%. The gap is less than 1/4" more than 1/8". It sits 100% flat on the floor due to the rubber feet on the bottom, and nobody will be the wiser at all. Stop thinking about it, its a MINOR issue and a great price on the pedal board.
SOLD ITEMS:
Alesis Nano-Compressor - Great Condition, has not let me down. Has some velcro on the bottom. Includes original power supply. !!SOLD!!
Behringer B-DI. Used a bit, Selling Cheap !!SOLD!!
3) Monster 1ft Jumper cables, dual 1/4" Angled - $10 each or $25 for all of them shipped. !!SOLD!!

Once upon a time!
But here's the pictures. Always in the pedal board, so how you see them here is how they still look.

Information on the warwick pedal board: http://www.guitareffectspedals.com/rockcase.html
Size: 17.7" x 15.7" x 3.9"
Weight: 13 lbs
USPS Shipping would probably run around $12-16 (ESTIMATE) to most of the continental US.

Regardless, its how it was received at the store. As such, i got it at cost. I'm offering it below the cost i bought it for. I used it without issue for about 10 shows.
