For sale: BBE BMax preamp w/ built-in compressor and sonic maximizer. The EQ section is boost/cut on the treble and bass but cut-only on the mids, but it also has a semi-parametric control for boosting and cutting of mids. The switchable compressor is very gentle and switchable sonic maximizer can provide some extra oomph and sparkle if you want it. I received compliments from many a soundman while using this pre - you will not be disappointed. Rack kept for as long as I've owned it. See the pic below:  Preamp is gone.. Thanks for looking!

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Kansas City | | | It has an effects loop (send and return), main out (to the amp), DI jack w/ ground lift switch, and two footswitch jacks (one for the compressor, one for the maximizer). I do not have the footswitches and, honestly, never needed them. All jacks are 1/4" except for the DI.
I'll get a pic of the back posted tonight if I have time, but definitely tomorrow.
