looks like this

the Item is in great working condition, no problem whatsoever. Great entry level multi effect. You can dial pretty cool tone out of this thing if you spend a little time on it.

Sorry, i lost the manual, you can download it from BOSS website. i will include the power supply (not included unless purchase seperately)
