FS: Carvin Tweed Hardshell Case - red lining

Hey everyone. I have never used hardshells and this came with a recent purchase. It is in perfect condition....except for one of the latches will not stay latched. Well...it's brown lining. There are a couple of scuffs on the tweed. Here are the pictures. If the price is too high, someone tell me and I'll change.
