Hipshot BT2 Bass Xtender in chrome w/ mounting screws (regular tuner screws, but they clear the swivel mechanism...the flat-heads were beat up so I tossed them).
By the way, if you email Hipshot nicely and ask for a tapered peg, you might get one free of charge...but you never heard that from me...
