PRICE DROP!: Custom Nordstrand Fat Stack 6 w/ Bloodwood covers

Sign in to disble this ad
For sale: a brand new (never installed) matched set of custom-made Nordstrand Fat Stack 6-string bass pickups. The angle of the pole pieces has been reversed, allowing standard positioning, or for use with the pickups angled for use on a fanned-fret bass.

The pickups were ordered for a fanned-fret 6-string project I was building, but the configuration of the instrument has changed, so I'm selling these pickups. Brand new, the pickups run $370 and the covers are $100 each for a total value of $570.

Pickups will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, continental USA only.

I'm asking $350 or best offer.

At this time, only the pickups and covers are for sale, the knobs are still being used.

Thanks! I'd love to take credit for these covers, but they (and the knobs) were made for me by THG Knobs.

They charged $100 per cover, which I thought at the time was maybe a bit much, but they *are* amazing covers. I have recently started making my own pickup covers, and I'm that much more impressed with Roger's work now that I'm trying to do it on my own.

Thanks, Tom. If you know anybody in need of a set of 6'er pickups with covers, please direct them my way... these would work for standard perpendicular mounting or angled mounting for a fanned-fret instrument.
