SOLD!

Ladies and gentlemen, the REDDI. It's all that and a bag of chips, as they say. Only selling because I have too many DI's and preamps, and not enough money in the bank account. It's in excellent condition both cosmetically and functionally. Zero issues of any kind, sounds beautiful--fat, warm, smooth. Lowest noise of any tube DI/preamp I've ever heard. This is the earlier version with no "thru" jack. Comes with a power cord and the original box. Will be packed very securely with plenty of padding. $500 shipped in the US, including insurance and tracking number. Paypal accepted, but of course a check or MO would be nice so I don't have to pay fees. Either way will work though.

Thanks!

SOLD!

OK, so everyone wants to know "what's the deal with the thru jack, and are there any other differences between this model and later models?"

On the later ones that have a thru jack, that jack is just a hardwired direct connection to the input. It's exactly the same as using a Y cable from your bass, or using a typical passive ABY box. The signal from the thru jack is just your original bass signal, nothing more nor less, not buffered or isolated or tubified. That jack is the only difference between this one and the later ones. A-Designs will install the thru jack if you want, but they are quick to point out that you'll get the same results for less money just by using a Y cable or ABY box.

There's one good offer on the table right now, and I don't want to keep him hanging too long, so if anyone else has a strong interest in this unit, let me know soon.
