Brand new set of Area J DiMarzio Jazz Bass pickups, DP552. They are still in the plastic brand new. I got these in a group of parts and was hoping to use them in my MIM Jazz and they don't fit. I was the one that cut the two stickers on the side of the plastic case to open them up as I didn't believe the writing on the side of the package that says "Does not fit Fender Jazz Bass without modification". The pickups are still wrapped in the original plastic. The reason they don't fit is that they are too short. Here are the words and listed dimensions from the installation instructions.
"The neck and bridge models are the same length, 3.725" (94.6mm). String spacing is 2.72" (69mm) for the neck and 2.836" (72mm) for the bridge."
These pickups are hum canceling. Installation instructions and brand new black mounting screws included.
