FS: Dimarzio Ultra Jazz set, 4 string

DP149 set, black, fits the staggered pickup sizes (most J basses).
Sound absolutely fantastic! I found a set of Sadowsky pickups to replace these with and do you know what?

THESE SOUND ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME

So I spent extra money for no good reason and there's no point in converting back, so these have to go. Well, actually, they don't HAVE to go, but I don't need them.

$80 shipped US, Paypal
Anywhere else, PM and we'll figure it out.

Sadowsky use only Dims in their basses now, right? Not too surprised they'd sound alike.

Anyway, picked up a set of these pups recently. Definitely worth a try!

Sort of... Dimarzio makes the SADOWSKY brand pickups. It's a customized version of these UltraJazz, according to Larry Dimarzio in a video tour of the Sadowsky shop. It's on youtube.

They sound phenomenal. Roger knew how to pick the right guy for making sweet pickups, that's for sure!

Bump for some good-sounding pickups. I use the same ones in my Hamer Cruisebass 2TEK.
