FS: EMG 5 string MM/J pups with EMG 2-band pre

I've got a full setup: EMG MM & J with Preamp taken from a Brubaker Brute MJX-5 bass. These are in like new/mint condition - not a scratch to be found on them.

The preamp is an EMG 2-band (bass and treble), balance. SOLD

The MM pup is SOLD an EMG-MM5 TW. Info from the website:

"The 'Twin' version of our Music Man Bass replacement is know as the MMTW. Based on our triple coil 89 Guitar Pickup the MMTW is two pickups in one, single-coil and dual-coil, and both are totally noiseless. The MMTW uses our popular ceramic and steel design for a nice transparent, not abusive high end along with a low-end that is just plain thunderous. Similar to our MMCS the TW has wide spread bobbins (1 inch) combined with a large coil surface area that gives the MMTW a most amazing bass tone. The single coil pickup is the same as our Jazz Bass (J) Pickup, strong in mid-range." Dimensions are: 4.425" x 1.932"

The Jazz pup is an EMG-LJ. Still available Site info:

"The LJ has a full bodied sound that adds new dimensions to your bass playing. Featuring a very low ratio of resistance to inductance that increases the low frequency response, the LJ still maintains the narrow aperture for that typical Jazz Bass tone." Dimensions are: 3.700" x .790"

Also included are the all wood maple knobs with the split knob for the B/T eq pot.

The LJ pup has the quick connects.


Suggested pricing from the EMG site is as follows:

2-Band eq with bal = $99.99 SOLD
MM5 TW = $149.99 sold
Jazz LJ = $109.99

That's a total of just under $370. Street price (eBay) figure ~$310. Plus another $30 + for the knobs.

I'll sell for $45 shipped for the Jazz LJ ; and $25 + $5 s+h for the 2-Band pre SOLD (Bass/Treb stack pot w/Bal pot - NO Vol pot) - or - $60 shipped for both to the CONUS -- Lower 48. PayPal preferred.

OK, I'm entertaining splitting this set up as I've had interest in a couple of the lone items. The single Jazz LJ pup has not gotten any interest yet. I'll put a price on that for $40 + $5 USPS Priority Mail shipping.

I'm waiting for PM's back from interested parties on the EQ and MM5. If either, or both, of these fall through I'll post pricing on them later.

Unfortunately all the wires are clipped between the two pots as I thought I had them all sold separately a couple weeks back . . . but the 2 buyers decided to go with something different. You can get all the wiring schematics online at the EMG site. The Jazz pup still has the quick connect wire attached to the bal pot.
