I pulled these out of a bass that I am parting out. They were in a four-string early 80s ESP Jazz-style bass.
Pickups are: LJ5 and SJ5. I'm thinking the LJ5 is probably the bridge pickup but there was not a hugely discernible difference in size between the two. These are active pickups powered by a 9V battery (battery and harness included.)
Dimensions below are approximate - pulled from an old TB thread. I don't have very good measuring tools, so for exact dimensions, please check with EMG.
- LJ5:
3-11/16" L x 1-1/8" W (mounting ear to ear) x 7/8" H
94mm L x 28mm W x 23mm H
- SJ5:
3-5/8" L x 1-1/8" W x 7/8" H
91mm L x 28mm W x 23mm H
Comes with a pre-wired Jazz style control plate with black knobs.
Everything is in pretty nice shape.
