I received this goofy mess on a local trade with some other parts. It's a mid 80's Epiphone Rockbass that has had the paint stripped and then repainted with white house paint and a brush. The stickers are optional. I can remove them if you would like.
The truss rod with on the neck works well and surprisingly aside from the sanding job on the headstock it's in good shape. It is missing the truss rod cover and it also needs a new nut.
The tuners are in good shape and work great.
Bridge is in good shape works as it should.
The body appears to be plywood. It has had some of the corners rounded over a little more than they were from the factory. I'm assuming this came from when the body was sanded and stripped.
Overall I think that it would be a good modding platform. If you're ever wanted to learn how to work on a guitar (fret level, setups, pickup routings, paint, etc...) here would be a good opportunity to do so on the cheap.
