FS - Fender MIM tuners - $30 shipped

I bought these for a project that never came to be. I was told these came an early 2000's Fender MIM Jazz bass. I bought the screws new. Unfortunately, I can't find the ferrules. I don't see any issues with any of them, but have not installed or used them.
