Fender SCN - Samarium Cobalt Noiseless pickups. I recently took these out of Jazz bass I purchased. Good sounding pickups, but not my cup of tea. $60 shipped conus ****on hold pending payment.

Fender Control Plate with S1 button. Wired VVT. I recently toook this out of a US Jazz bass. I left a little bit from each wire and have them labeled. Should be easy to drop in.
$70 shipped conus

Custom made jazz control plate with varitone control. I bought this from a guy on ebay who makes them. Didn't see quite what I was looking for so he made this for me.
Layout:
Master Volume: Push/Pull for Series/Parallel
3 way Switch for pickup selection. Bridge/Neck/Both
Master Tone: Push/Pull for varitone/varitone bypass
6 position varitone rotary knob.
Lots of tonal options in a passive package. I paid $135 two weeks ago and I'll sell for $100 shipped conus.
****on hold pending payment

Varitone Video Demo

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3TNkYQZ67Y

It's a pretty cool unit I just decide to with an active setup. Here's a description of the varitone settings:
A 6 POSITION VARITONE ROTARY SWITCH WITH DIFFERENT TONE CAPACITORS:
1 SLIGHT TREBLE CUT HI MID
2 MORE TREBLE CUT MORE MID
3 LOW MID
4 WARMER MID TONE
5 DARKER TONE (MID SCOOP)
6 DEEPER MID SCOOP TONE.

Also there is no soldering required. Pickups are connected to screw terminals. Its so easy even I can do it.
