1 week old modified Fender Reggie Hamilton preamp. This is a 3 band active/passive preamp w mini toggle switch between the 2 modes. The unit features:
Master Volume
Pan
Stacked bass/treble
Midrange (modified)
Master Luthier Jeremy of the infamous Rudys Music in New York City performed a vital modification on the circuit. Normally in passive mode you have access to master volume and pan. There is no tone control. Thus you can't get that dark P sound have the classic Orange cap roll off.
Master Jeremy had added a push/pull option on the midrange pot. When pulled,
it rolls all the tone off. Now you can get that classic Motown sound. This works in both active or passive mode.
The modification costs $100
I'm asking $150 for the circuit on a jazz bass plate!
