Here are 4 Fender tuners, from my '62 RI Jazz. These are new, as I replaced them with Hipshots when I bought the bass new from Japan. They come with the collars and all screws.

Peg hole - 11/16th inch
Distance between two top screw holes - 1 5/16 inch
Distance between bottom two screw holes - 1 inch
Distance between top holes and bottom holes - 1 7/16 inch
Overall distance top to bottom - 1 13/16 inch
