For sale: a near mint Lindy Fralin split coil "'51 p bass"/tele bass pickup overwound 5%.

I had it in my Sting bass - it sounds fat and punchy with no noise. Long vintage style cloth covered wiring.

These are $140 new. $100 OBO shipped to US/Can.

Nope, still available!! Yeah, I would say it sounds like a good overall p-bass. big bottom, plenty bright (I use flats on it) but not as throaty as some of the single coil '51 p bass pups - which I prefer!
