My New Year's Resolution: cold turkey on effects. Not even gonna join the support group, fellers: I'm just a-doin' it! And this time, I'll make it! I just know I will.
My addiction is this
Boss BCB-6 pedal case that holds six stompboxes. I'm showing it empty, but normally it holds six of these eight Boss effects (I rotate them in and out):
TU-2 Chromatic Tuner (powers all other pedals in the case with included power chain. One power supply for all six pedals! Boss power supply also included)
ODB-3 Bass Overdrive
CEB-3 Bass Chorus
GEB-7 Bass EQ
LMB-3 Bass Limiter/Enhancer
CS-3 Compression/Sustainer
AW-3 Dynamic Wah
OC-2 Octave
All these pedals except the OC-2 are in dead mint condition with the original boxes and paperwork. (The OC-2 is scratched up and rough, but works fine) They all work like new. I'll include all the patch cords and the double-female couplers that I attached to the first and last pedals' patch cords (without them, you must use a right-angle cable on those effects because a straight jack won't fit into the case).
I don't want to sell them separately because I need for them to fund a specific purchase or serve as trade:
I need a shock rack for my new amp
and a rack tuner installed in it. If anyone has that and wants to swap even, I'm in. In a cash deal, I'd take $290. Even at just $50/pedal, that'd be $400; the case would be another $50; and the power supply another $30. But I've done some digging around here and it looks like I could buy what I need separately for that much.
One last confession: I'm not goin'
totally dry... The new amp does have built-in compression. But I promise: moderation...
