FS/FT: Fender MIM Fretless Jazz Neck

Sign in to disble this ad
Looking for a fretted neck, preferably with a maple fretboard. Not picky as to brands, although i am partial to fender. I will trade up or down (+ or - cash).
OR looking to get out what I put into into it, $160 shipped.

the original thread is here

Great '99 MIM fretless neck here, very comfortable jazz neck. Not to mention it has some beautiful wood grain on the fretboard. This is my first real fretless neck and it just isnt my thing. I did notice there are some grooves above the nut (tuner side) where the strings dug into the wood a bit. The nut is filed pretty low, perhaps a replacement (unless you plan on using flats). These do not affect the playability at all, I just figured I should disclose that information. The fretboard will be conditioned with lemon oil shortly by me, looks like someone had rounds on it at one time.

Awesome neck, it really feels good for a jazz neck. Like I mentioned, fretless just isnt for me. I'll try and post some more detailed pictures here if I get some interest.
