| | Registered User | | Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: Queens, NYC | | | Pics added!!! Hi guys, upon request I now have posted the pics of the body that can be seen at the top post of this thread...
I'm not sure about the weight, never scaled it and don't have a scale with me at home too... But I can tell you it's very light, I would say the average weight of an Alder J-Bass body, similar to the weight of my long gone '74 stock Fender Jazz... I hope that answers the question...
So this is a bump for the pics.... |

The answer is "Yes..." coz they (Warmoth and USACG products) are both designed to be 'Fender Replacement parts', also if you noticed, I have a warmoth 'Jazz' neck on the list above that was intended to be the perfect match for the body... So:
1. I wouldn't have bought the two them if I know they couldn't fit together.
2. I tried to slip the neck into the neck pocket of the body and it fits well (note: Both of them hasn't been finished)
3. There's many people who have mix and match the USACG and Warmoth parts with no issues at all.
4. Even if there are issues, it will be minor (small gaps, etc) and it takes just a few minutes of sanding to fix it...
So I hope this answers the question, and guys... Please save me from evilBay coz this has got to go... Thanks!!! |
