I have the following:
"Austin" P style neck, used- neck came off an Austin P-bass, maple/rosewood. Frets show some wear, but are mostly OK. Neck also has a few minor scratches - all normal wear. It seems to fit standard pockets a bit loose, so with some adjustment should work as a replacement. the neck would work well for a pbass project.

EDIT: It is just slightly smaller than the fender pockets i have on hand, so its a loose fit. A pickguard might cover up any gap, and a slight adjustment at the bridge will likely be necessary. heel width at bottom: 2.5", tapers to 2.375 at top of heel.
(2) Generic tuner sets-
$12 each, shipped. sets work fine, minimal wear. Sorry, these tuners DO NOT COME WITH BUSHINGS OR SCREWS. sets have screw holes in different places, here is a closer pic to demonstrate:
