FS: GFS pro-tube pickup

Up for grabs is a GFS Pro-tube lipstick pickup. 8k. Very Danelectro sounding, but a bit hotter. Would be a great replacement for any of the musicmaster/bronco basses as it is a strat-size single coil pickup, not the danelectro size.
New they go for $30 plus $8 shipping. I'm asking $25 shipped CONUS.

so is this a bass pickup or a strat pickup, because i've heard the gfs lipstick pickups in a strat and they sound amazing.

It's a lipstick pickup. They have always been compatible with both bass and guitar. They are made with bar magnets so there's no issue with pole/string spacing. Danelectro basses and guitars have always had the exact same pickups. No bass or guitar difference.
As far as size, they are strat sized, which is also the same size pickup on musicmaster and bronco basses.

well if you want the mayer sound on your strat. this pickup is a great option.
