I am interested in buying these, but will they replace a set of Schaller tuners on a Warmoth jazz neck? I don't know that much about tuner replacement.

Back atcha.... You'll need 1/2" tuners.
Hipshot makes tuners like mine with the 1/2" post. Mine will fit Ibanez basses, some peaveys, spectors, etc. Any bass that has the 3/8" gotoh or Schaller tuners or copies of these.
