FS: Hipshot Detuner BT3 New in Package

I got this for my roadworn bass and installed it but decided I'd rather have a detuner on my Geddy Lee bass and this one won't fit that so I am selling this one. These are $60 brand new. I am asking $45 shipped. Comes in original packaging and is in like new condition. Paypal accepted. No trades.

Is this the kind that fits made in Mexico tuners? And is it chrome?
