This is a genuine HIPSHOT BT-4 Fender Extender for Fender 2 mounting pins tuners. I used it on my American Standard Precision to drop to D.
I changing the bass to a BEAD bass, so I no longer need this.
Like new! Chrome finish - 11/16 mounting hole on headstock.
