These came off a bass i owned recently (i replaced them with usa hipshots). They are still swappable to change configuration (you just need a small hex wrench). they have 3/8" posts and the sleeve is ~9/16" wide. they look just like ultralights, but are not branded with the hipshot name. they work just like the hipshots i put on the bass, though.
