I had this installed on a P-bass I sold but the buyer wanted the stock bridge back on so its up for sale. I'm looking for what I paid: $45 shipped in the CONUS.

I'd consider it more of "front load". There's essentially a continuous slot between the E and A strings and the D and G strings. In the center of each respective slot there's a large hole that will accept the ball end of the string so you don't have to feed the entire string through the bridge. Hopefully these pictures help.
