Okay-

I have several parts for sale and I am willing to negociate multiple buys.
These are new to near new items that we aquired in a lot buy from a couple of luthiers that were retiring. These items were extras that we bought in a lot buy out, and won't be using. All prices include shipping CONUS. I take Pay Pal.

1. A Fender 1950's re-issue Chrome Bridge. $15.00 Sold

2. Fender Jazz Pick up w/ assembly and knobs. Looks like MIM. Everything for $50 shipped. Sold....

3. A 4-string neck. I have no idea what brand this is. But it has a P-bass dimension and it's built like a brick sh*t house. (That means it's solid) SOLD!

4. P Bass Pickup assembly with white pickguard. Great for a project bass. $30 shipped. I might have a couple of chrome knobs I could throw in. SOLD!!!!

5. Vintage pearl sting ray pickguard with plastic still on it. Great for a stingray player that doesn't want the plain old white or black guards that seem to always accompany the Music Man basses. $12 shipped. I'll throw in a couple of ernie ball decals as well. SOLD!!!

6. Tuners. 2 sets. for only $10 each or $17 for both. SOLD!!!

That's all I have.... Thanks,
Jeff

The neck looks like an SX neck from the back.

The headstock looks to be an axl player deluxe like I have (except mines maple board) no kidding about the brick shithouse part, either. I could hammer nails with that bass and not leave a mark on it.

Thanks for the feedback. Agreed the neck is heavy and after further exam, it appears to be hard rock maple. I can't imagine this thing ever warping.

That headstock looks very familiar. It's not an SX neck. I see them on eBay all the time. I suspect it's from a gentleman here in AZ that refused to let me do a local pickup (I live 10 minutes away) and wanted to charge me $20 shipping. The necks looked solid, though, and he had a lot of good reviews.
