Bottom concentric knobs are black, top knobs and single knob is chrome. Works Perfectly, sound as it should. 3 band eq with sweepable mid. Push/Pull sparkle knob, active/passive switch. Supports 9 or 18 volts. I had it at 18 volts setting. Drops right in to your dexlue jazz.
On the picture, the plate looks dirty with finger prints. All finger prints wipes off with soft cloth. I'll do that before shipping.
*3 plate screws will not be included.* I don't have documents, but you should be able to find it at John East's website.
