Sorry, I have no idea. It came with a Lakland DJ5 I got a while back. The bass was probably a year 2008.

I'd guess single, but if you can take a pic with the cover off or a bottom shot of the pickup, we could probably tell for sure.

It fits a standard Jazz 5 bass, but the exact dimensions at the bottom of the cover are: 3/4" wide by 4 3/32" long.
