SOLD: Malekko B:Assmaster Silicon Special BOOBIES edition

Sign in to disble this ad
Bought this back in November and it's seen a couple hours use in my home since then. Not really my thing so offering it up to the community.

This is the silicon edition with the expression pedal mod. I've put the rubber feet included with it on it and the teeth have been washed in hot water with bleach and soap. Includes original box and instructions.

Asking $280 shipped.

Is the jack on the left of the photo above for the "expression pedal mod"? If so have you tried it with an expression pedal?

Yes it is and no I have not been able to try it with an expression pedal as that was one of those things I was planning on getting down the road. Malekko sells a solid pedal direct on their site for $30 inc shipping.

I had one of these and I tried it with an expression pedal, which was a great way to control the sensitivity level - for instance, when you wanted to go from an explosive blast of high-octane grit to a landslide of barbed wire tumbleweeds.

Good info on the E-pedal setup.

I recently bought a silicon assmaster and it didn't come with the mod. So I contacted malekko to find out if I could send it to them to get it modded. I think that it would be great to control the sensitivity that way.

I love this pedal so bump for a great pedal IMHO.

I have one of the germanium version with the expression mod and I really wouldn't want to go without. Adding an expression pedal really opens up possibilities just by itself...but even more so when mixed with other pedals. If you can, try it before a phase shifter like the small stone to get a really wicked swirly fuzz that you can control.

Josh will do the expression mod. I've just sent mine to him for the expression mod and the extended freq mod.

I had contacted Josh about doing the mod as I assumed that all new assmasters came with it already done. The cost is not bad.

What is the extended frequency mod?

How different does this sound from the standard silicon version? Anyone know?

As far as I know it mostly just sounds a lot more pink. This was a limited edition paint job that included mods for the expression pedal option listed above along with a frequency range mod that allows more bass to pass through. Beyond those, this unit sounds just like the other standard silicon assmasters out there.

I've been getting a few emails requesting trade offers so to get out there what I'd be interested in trades right now I'd really only consider the Micro POG at the moment. By and large I mostly just need some extra money right now so I'd prefer to just sell it straight up.
