A very useful EQ with EQ on/off, and two selectable 'pre-shapes' You select one and can then foot switch it on/off for 3 tonalities.
1. EQ on
2. Pre shape on
3. EQ + Pre shape
and of course all off for just the sound of your bass.
I used it a couple of times as a coffee house DI. Bass ==> EQ and direct to the PA. Nice having bass specific EQ points when you do that!
Then on my pedal board I used it to restore some of the body that my other effects stole.
Super pedal and a good guy to deal with so bump-a-roo!

I have the single channel version as well and just found that I wasn't using more than one sound, so I'm going back to that. But I love BDDIs ... they can turn any old amp you're playing into a snarling tubey beast.
The interface on the programmable is really cool too. Takes a minute to figure it out ... but then its just a really smart design. |
