For sale are two (2) NEW sets of MTD nickel bass strings for 5-string bass. These strings are light gauge (.040, .060, .080, .100, .125).
Note – the B-strings (.125) are in separate packages, and are
not exposed-core.
I sent my bass to Mike Tobias in December for set-up/maintenance. He sent some extra string sets back with the bass. MTD doesn’t make a 5-string set of light gauge, so he used two 4-sting sets with an added .125 B-string.
The reason for selling is that I don’t use this brand of string, but wanted to try them. I'm asking
