This is a simple USB audio DAC/ADC by Native Instruments which is designed to be used for electric guitar and bass recording. I have been using it with GarageBand for 6 months with no issues. The unit has two 1/4" stereo jacks, one for input and another for output.
Unfortunately I do not have the original box or CD, but you can download the drivers from Native Instruments' site.
The sale includes the IO unit, a USB cable, and a Planet Waves 10' instrument cable.
