Brand new. Unopened. Just arrived today, a day after my Ric came. Fills in the space around the pickup and adds a thumb rest. I discovered I like to play in front of the pickup cover so this won't be necessary. In the interest of full disclosure, there was something wrong with the 4003's neck so I sent it back.
I paid $45 and change for the bezel with shipping. Ordered it just last week from Pick of the Rics.
