FS: Sennheiser EW 172 Inst Wireless System

Here for sale now is a lightly used Sennheiser EW172 Wireless Inst System. Very minor rack wear, i put it in and that was it! Since ive gone to school and not in a band, its sat untouched for a little bit of time now. Works flawlessly, but does not come with manual or box. Rack ears are included.

There is a new cable cause when i lent it out to a friend he lost it. (still dont know how that happened). It's thicker than the regular one, i believe its from the X2 wireless system, has same connectors though so no change at all. Also, on one side of the latches on the transmitter, it is broken. The latch in general still works and i have not had problems with it.

What frequency range is your wireless covering? I have a Sennheiser wireless headset mic and it's one of the "G" ranges (600mhz range I believe). Also, would you ship to Hawaii??

yeah, I need one. How wide is it, 19"? I just found the reciever/transmitter part on ebay going for dirt cheap...but has another 2 days on it. So anywhos, $250 for all that in the pics? How did the clip/latch break and is it a possible fix?

it is 19in wide, and is rackmountable, or can be taken apart just to set on top of something. the way the clasp thingy broke is i lent it to a friend, who thought itd be cool to do a throw and kinda dropped the guitar & transmitter. he broke the input of the cable (hence i had to get a new one) and the one side of the clasp cover broke. the other side still holds and works as normal, so a new one isnt necessary. the transmitter works 100% well. and yes, $250 total. i do take paypal and ship CONUS only.

would you consider selling just the rackmount kit with antenna extenders and such? i've got the same wireless (love it, BTW) but no rackmount kit.
