Yes, it will fit. The max depth of the case (from the rack-rail mounting surface, to the inside of the back lid is 17.25"). The depth to the rear rack-rail mounts is 15", so the amp would protrude 1'' past the rear rack-rails of the case...which is nice, because you'll be supporting the rear of the amp, and have easier access to the back of the amp for cord connection. Just make sure nothing sticks out past 17'' depth, like fuse holders, etc.
