 FS/FT: SKB 6U Rack w/ Furman Power Conditioner

Hi all. No Longer have a rack rig. Selling the last bits of it now to get accessories for the new rig.
For Sale I have A FAIR condition SKB Standard 6u Rack
(The older model with the butterfly latches)
and a Furman M8-L Power Conditioner
(The older version of the new M8LX)
I am asking $120 + shipping for the pair of items.
I accept paypal.
I will also trade for a good pedal board
New Skb cases go for at least 200+ shipping and tax. so this is a pretty good deal.
Here is the dirt on the equipment:
skb: 2 of the four latches are getting very loose. the other two are tight. there is a burn/melt mark on the side of the case (it was like this when i bought it. I does not afect it but it is there)
The top and bottom of the case have gotten a bit concaved over time but again it does not affect anything in the case.
The back lid has to really be pushed on hard as it is a just a little bit out of shape. The rack rails are still in great condition and have a tone of washers and screws there enough to fill every space.
Furman. One of the lights doesn't have the cap and its track is a bit loose. If you get a new cap itll be good as new. the front plug outlet jiggles a bit but not too bad and it still works fine. This has been in my rack since the day i bought it so it is cosmetically clean. The unit is in complete working order.
