Black 2009 Squier Deluxe Jazz Active IV (four-stringer) body.

It's in fantastic shape and working order. The rear-route cover still has the plastic film and factory inspection sticker. Looking for $125 or best offer. Shipping to the Lower 48 will be included in the final price.

So...does it have the electronics and bridge included or not?

It's fully loaded; bridge, electronics, knobs, etc. The only thing taken from it is the neck, tuners and neck plate.

Is that a nick in the paint above the neck pickup?

Nah, it's just so damn shiny it picks up reflections from everything. Here's another angle;



The only scuffing is around the output jack. Nothing deep, just some of the gloss is gone.

Is this alder, basswood or agathis?

It's basswood with a polyurethane finish.

This is cool!

Yeah, it's pretty neat. Up until recently I had a five-string version in white. It was my first active bass AND my first with an ebonol fretboard. It was pretty cool being able to play with the tone and sound so much. A lot of variety goin' on there, boyo!

Unfortunately, I think I'm a dedicated four-stringer-guy, so I had to let it go. But I liked the fretboard so much that I'm using this body's neck in a custom build. So far, it's fit very well with the Precision body I got (Mighty Mite) so it's a safe bet that it'll match up nicely with either a Jazz or a Precision neck.
